The ONLY thing I've ever put hot sauce on is a barbequed ham sandwich. I just don't care for it. There is a bottle of Tabasco in the fridge, although it's probably 5 years out of date.
What is barbequed ham?
Tabasco is fine, but I like a number of other sauces better. Frank's and Texas Pete are my everyday stuff.
Barbequed ham is a deli ham sold by Field's meats. It's a ham that's been smoked and has been around for well over 50 years in these parts. For years, my favorite sandwich at the local country stores was barbequed ham, a slice of yellow American cheese, salad dressing, and a little hot sauce.
