Ran back out this afternoon and braved the rain, hail, and wind to try some 7828ssc. Shooting conditions were TERRIBLE, but I couldn’t help myself. Shot loads at 50, 51.5, and 52. I didn’t see/feel any pressure signs and all grouped relatively well. Similar POI as well..

Tried a box of 117 Hornady “American Hunter” and they sucked azz with two groups at about 1.5”.

Going to play around with seating depth and the 7828ssc and see what’s what.
