I've been shooting Tikka rifles since 1976 or so. I have 3 at present -- two M65 in 30-06 -- one T3 in 6.5 X 55 Swede. All are excellent shooters. With my handloads they are capable of MOA groups or better. Favourite is the T3 Swede.

Pretty hard to beat out of the box for the money you spend.
