In other words, JW had to sue the State Department (Pompeo) in order for them to obtain this information.

Forcing the SD in court to turn over documents is a far cry from declass, especially when large protions of the released information was redacted and remains classified.

So, No Q was not right, this was NOT a declassification by our Government.
