That's what federal courts are for. It's the way things work. It's a process that gets too bogged down anymore, but it's the Constitutional way to do things.


And if they defy the courts?


About all that I see that can be done is withhold federal funds, but there's always a commie fed judge to issue an injunction. We're becoming nearly effectively dysfunctional, because of the federal judiciary.
