Only 24, but 8 are flat. The big concern is the four on the truck. They need to be replaced. The tires are in their last year at 56K. I'm certain that most people don't push them that far. The tread is worn even and still in service specification. Looking for advice on 285/60-R20 E HD AT tires. I'm looking at the Toyo HT II
