I get up around 0630 here, you'll be awake back there by then. I'm with you, I no longer work for The Man, so I ain't getting up like a farmer or serf.

Not sure if this was 2K calories, but it sure was a nice breakfast this morning. 3 eggs, coupla slices bacon, leftover broccoli, onion tops from the garden, and some cheese. One heck of a nice omelette.
