Wray’s just another member of the club. He sat on what he for sure knew since he’s been there, only got off his arse when the house started to burn down around him.
I think he’ll move just enough for a CYA maneuver, all just window dressing. I think his goose is already cooked.
He had his chance, multiple times, to clean house. Too late, too little, IMO.
