Yep. And after watching a lot of people shoot standing supported I bet this four second par time would be tough for a lot of people.
Once you learn to take the first good shot you see, the 4 seconds becomes easier. It would usually not be an easy shot for me for sure but I'm getting better at getting em off quicker, realizing I need to aim at a hair but hit an area, not aim at hair and hit hair... LOL.
Now X shooters in High-power are more likely to be able to do this, they KNOW they have to take the first one they see or start over. Though I bet your shooters, 3 gun or whatever we call it these days ain't shabby and probably shame XC shooters.
