Mayor of Richmond blamed all the trouble on "outside infiltrators" and that it's simply peaceful protesting against systematic racism. Anyone that thinks you can be white, live in a city and protect yourself is nuts. If you don't let them Rob and burn your property down you'll be prosecuted for a hate crime
