Antifa uses skate boards as clubs,...just because anybody can carry a skateboard without attracting attention to themselves. They also carry those big bicycle locks to use as clubs.
Precisely. They carry them as clubs, because in the past they've had other types of weapons taken from them by police. Police can't take skateboards and bike locks, but both can be effectively deployed as deadly weapons.
