It appears to me that Dude went to pick a fight. assaulted the gal to provoke a hostile response, so he would be in a lethal force encounter.
Seems kind of sketchy from legal perspective. Regardless, it's heartwarming to see one of those skateboard jackasses take a dirt nap.
