As far as concealed carry goes, if it's "concealed", nobody will know that you're carrying.
What all my cop friends tell me and I'll be damn if I pay a fee to do it.
Governor Bevin recognized Constitution carry in Kentucky. It seems to keep people fairly polite around here.
