Roger, if it is indeed vitiligo, there is a higher incidence of developing NTG (Normal Tension Glaucoma).

That type of glaucoma is more difficult to detect and may progress to significant optic nerve damage and even vision loss before detection because it is not characterized by elevated intraocular pressure and progressive nerve fiber loss is requires critical evaluation of the several features of the optic nerve with the idea of picking up subtile changes in the nerves rim tissue and optic cup size and shape.

If I had vitiligo I would want annual laser optic nerve scans compared to look for early NFL (Nerve Fiber Loss).
