Anchorage 4th Avenue could use it for a homeless camp!
Spent a few days in Anchorage in February. It was pretty thick with derelicts. Fugg that, I'd head south if shelter challenged, Santa Cruz maybe! Montana is pretty tough on them too, thankfully.
