Grew up in an area that had an old fashioned, german butcher.
That guy knew how to smoke things.
Ham, chickens, metwurst, liverwurst blah, blah !
Great memories.
The liverwurst sandwich is still easily found in Montana bars and restaurants.
Other places, not so much. LOL
