My 350 RM’s are very similar in capacity to your 35 Whalen. I get best accuracy with H4895 - hands down. 3/8 - 1/2 MOA with 250 grain bullets. I have not tried heavier bullets.
I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally
