At 5 or 6% the realtor will be quite happy when it sells.
Local guy sold one here for about 35 mil and the family went to Europe for a couple of months.
I suppose with a real gullible seller that could happen.
Most larger transactions are handled by large commercial real estate firms that cap their commissions at a $100K or so on multi-million dollar properties.
