I had to come back to California for a few days and went to Oakland to see some friends (i.e., buy weed legally). Oakland has always had some rough spots, but I was pretty impressed with how extensive the rot had spread in a mere two months. If you want to see what Biden's America will look like if he wins this fall, here ya go...small town, big city, doesn't matter. This will be everywhere. (Warning: lots of pics)

A number of side streets have been blocked off by cops to allow the mini CHAZ encampments to flourish. There are now tents in the middle of the streets and broken down RVs and campers on the sides.
