This used to be a parking lot and small park next to the water. It's now a no-go zone filled with broken down campers, tents and thugs.
I want to believe that this guy was trying to clean up the garbage in a homeless encampment next to the freeway...
Pretty much every business downtown has been boarded up and the only thing that hasn't been defaced is the pro-BLM crap, even on billboards now.
This used to be a bank...and I'm sure they are going to hand out millions to the race hustlers to help "neglected communities"...wonder why they are neglected?
