If there is to be a 2nd stimulus disbursement it will happen soon (by the first week of August) ... otherwise the herd of congress members go on summer recess.
When they return it will be full bore election circus, during which nothing positive will be accomplished.
Personally it does not hurt my feelings to see common citizens get some of the gravy.
Gravy, if it were for themselves or the bankers it would be approved tout suite.
