What did Hillary used to say? "It takes a village".
Hillary didn't know the difference between a village and the U.S. Gov't. The saying was from rural Africa, where, as I understand it, a village is made up of mostly related people who have a strong interest in seeing a child brought up properly who won't be a drag on the village, and where everyone knows the parents and how they want their child raised, and will help in seeing it done that way. A far cry from Hillary's "vision".
