What did Hillary used to say? "It takes a village".
The saying was from rural Africa, where, as I understand it,
I’ve always been skeptical about the origins of Hillary’s “old African proverb.” More likely it was made up by brain trust who wrote the book for her....pandering to the blacks. Africa is a huge place with a lot of cultures. There was a big social movement at that time ( that still persists today) to create the myth of an African past of culture and enlightenment from which the ancestors of today’s black voters were torn to live in slavery.
