This in generally how it starts, with convenience being removed, and then incentives not to do a thing, and finally, policy not to accept a thing, followed by laws prohibiting that thing. I'm sure the cashless agenda is a long, slow one.
As long as there are drugs ( which will be as long as the Govt. is in the drug business...i.e. forever) and inner city " African-Americans".....there will be cash.
