I moved 270 and 280AI from H4831SC to RL 23. Don’t ask why! Both shoot MOA or better but just messing around I guess. Wound up about a grain or two less with the RL23 before pressure backed me off. Had problems with Nosler AI brass approaching max loads with Barnes 139 and 145 lrx. Still messing with the RL23 in both calibers. Anyone with info on RL23 as it still seems slow to appear in print?
