RL17 has worked well in my 7x57, 270 and 284 with the heavier bullets.

I left H4831 behind a while ago and have never tried 7828.

I have listened to the RL26 reports, but have not as yet made that jump. I am assuming
it is a slow burner and a longer barrel (24-26) gets the most out of it?????
