Every time with my .223 brass after reading of Mule Deer's method of setting the Forster FL die up for minimal shoulder bump and raise the expander ball up so the neck is supported while the ball is pulled through. My results are that I get less neck runout this way than I used to get with the Redding - Lee CND combo. I also sort my brass for neck thickness uniformity and cull anything over .0015" variance when I start a new batch of brass.
