When using the neck sizer, we are only resizing the neck, and ARE NOT bumping the shoulder back?

I just answered the question. Just pointed out there isn’t a true or false answer.
I can see some advantage since most who neck size end up using either FL die or body die to bump the shoulders back, why not do it in one step.
BECAUSE yoyos like me seem to think the more they " tweek" the brass and the round.. the more accurate it will be..
which is a total myth..... so its developed into the old back up answer... because we've ALWAYS done it this way.. Why do you ask?
