All nsaids are hard on kidneys, especially impaired:, naprox, ibu, motri, aleve, even aspirin is an nsaid (non steroidal anti inflammatory). I can never take those again, ever


Tylenol is processed via the liver, I still can take that but I limit to 500-600 mgs day.

A tylenol 325/ with 30 mg of codeine hit the spot, 2 on rare days.
If a bad day, I got oxys. Rapid 10s-straight, skip the acetomn loading
