they always seemed to be a good idea when I bought them, they always seemed to be too big, too fat and too heavy to carry all the time when I sold them. If you really carry a weapon all the time a good compact 9mm will put you in the same place as a good compact 45acp, but you pants won't sag as much, and you might even forget that its on you. All this is out the window of course if you wear suspenders.
