A few years ago in Spain we had a rifle go boom at the third or fouth shot using exactly the same ammo, badly injuring the shooter.
It happened at the shooting range as the guy was zeroing his gunf for a trip to Namibia. I know because the shooter next to him, who assisted him and called the emergency services is avery good friend of mine.
There was some discussion about the case, though it faded quickly, with the rifle manufacturer quickly settling all i$$ues.
