Who knows. Guns are finicky little bastards, considering they are made to channel explosions and all. Friday I let my good friend try his new Ruger carbine in 338 Federal with my handloads using 160 Barness ttsx bullets. The loads work wonderfully in a Savage lever action but they blow primers and lock the bolt up on his Ruger bolt gun. Go figure.
