I don't see a real upside to this whole deal. Rivera is as corrupt (maybe more) as Spendowitz. Nothing but corruption in Anchorage politics apparently.
There is a huge upside to that pos resigning in disgrace.
I will give you that. But one corrupt POS, resigns in disgrace that is a plus,
and another corrupt POS takes over, that about equals out. I'll give you a plus 1/3, A real plus is if Berkowitz is so disgraced he has to go back to California would be a real positive. Then if Rivera was used for crab bait, that would be a win/win situation.
