I used to have a bumper sticker:
"Crime doesn't pay.
Neither does farming."
It's a good lifestyle, great way to raise family, etc.
Sure ain't gonna make a living by leasing land. If it's been in the family and passed down from generations, hell yeah. But otherwise, forget it.
