Chase, back to addressing the content of your original question.
You haven't said much out the intended purpose of this rifle, so I'll presume typical medium games such as deer hunting. With short barrels, you will get some variance regarding what powders perform the best, but typically it's not enough to worry about until you get below standard carbine lengths. Still sometime I go just a bit warmer on short barrels to reduce the fireball and such.
The 150gr NBT will serve well in most roles in your rifle. The biggest problem you would have with this combination is finding a powder that does NOT work. There are many good candidates to choose from. Two I'd consider are CFE-223 and IMR-4895. I would also expect Shooters World Match Rifle to yield good results at only 2/3rd the price.
Here's the list of powders Quick Load predicts to produce velocities of at least 2700fps. Of course, this is simulated data, so start low and work up, but you have a lot to choose from.
