Some more organic free range pork from this past weekend.

I shot a 225 pound boar and he had no fat on him and was a little tough, maybe a little dry, but still good. The next year I shot a 150 pounder and it had a thick layer of fat, and was as good as any store bought pork. I made bar-b-que in the crock pot, then put a layer of pork chops on top of the bar-b-que and another layer of Sweet Baby Rays on top of the chops, let it simmer till done. The pot got wiped so clean I didn't have to wash it.


I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.
