There were roughly 2.6M mail in ballots counted, that was a total number, most went for Biden, some went for Trump, and a few for Jorgensen. There was plenty of news coverage leading up to the election stating that over 3M requests had been made for mail in ballots. The testimony in the PA Senate hearing (not a trial) was "mistaken" in the numbers that were presented as a "fact". The notion that only 1.8M mail in ballots were sent out by the state of PA is utter bullshit and won't fly in front of a judge.

Remember why, specifically, the Bill of Rights was written...remember its purpose. It was written to limit the power of government over the individual.
