Wife and I have separate checking accounts. Her SS goes in her account, mine goes in my account.
Earlier this year she got the $1200 1st stimulus in her account, I got mine in my account.
I am linked to her account but she is not linked to my account. This morning I had $1200 deposited in my account, nothing was deposited in hers.
That doesn’t make sense.
Which part doesn't make sense? The transaction, or the part about the government printing money and sending it out to everyone with a checking account?
