When I called Hawke, they steered me away from the Vantage line for magnum springers, said that their AirMax and their 30mm scopes were their only magnum safe scopes.
Then again, the people at Burris assured me that all their stuff was magnum springer worthy, and a friend here on the Fire cound out otherwise. The hard way.

Honestly, when mounted on one of the harder kicking springers, I think every scope is on borrowed time. The good ones just hold up longer.

And so far, a used (on a Hastan 125) Hammers 3-9x40 AO has been holding up fine for me on a Hatsan 95 that manages 20 fpe in .22, which is right at my personal threshold for magnum springers.
