To be fair, just about any processed meat with egg and cheese on a bagel makes a fine meal.
I'll be on the lookout fore these.
True but these have a flavor that is fairly unique. And you can grill them, fry them or just throw them on a cookie sheet.
Might become a deer camp staple for some.
