There is a company called rusty barns that has built some machine sheds for guys around here
40x60 with 18 ft Ceiling two sliding doors and 2 walk in doors was a tag over 30 k no concrete. They do a great job and there build quality is pretty good
They will have a shed like that move in ready in 4 days.
