I’m not for bailing out business, especially banks, but if retain possession of an item you didn’t pay for, it’s theft.

Just because it’s the only way to get to the grocery store and take your kids to the state run daycare don’t mean it’s ok to steal it.

I wouldn’t have a problem with it.

A job I couldn’t do is enforce traffic laws. $150 for a seatbelt violation. Pretty sure that makes you an agent of the thief.
