In my 284 Win I have a couple pet loads, but a lot of good loads.
With the Nos 120BT I use 51.5gr of R15.
With the Nos 160NP I use 55gr of R17.
They will cover most any need you have in perforance.
As always, work up loads in a safe manner in your gun.
