The old established load that Bob Hutton published was a 140 nos partition and 57 grs of IMR 4350, velocity was just over 3000 fps.
Velocities from a bolt gun will allow higher loading that published in most manuals. Pressure was established for the model 88 and another model that I cannot remember right now.
120s max loads 3150-3200 with a 24" barrel.
