Bullets..95 PT, 95BT, 95 Federal Fusion, 100 Hornady Interlock.

Scopes on a No.1 that I have used. Zeiss 3-9X40 conquest MC, Zeiss 4X MC, Burris older 3-9X40 FF (not the FF II) all will fit in low Ruger rings. I do think the Leupold VX 3i 3.5-10X40 will also fit but may need medium rings.

By far, in my opinion the Zeiss 3-9X40 MC Conquest looks right at home on the No.1B. And the 3-9X40 MC Conquest has a constant 4" of eye relief from 3 to 9 power.
