Well, since all commercial sale will obviously be done away with, the going price will be whatever the entrepreneurs who have wisely filled their warehouses demand. The fact that those conducting these transactions will be ruthlessly hunted down by jackbooted thugs will command an even higher price due to the risk involved. Since there will be no "cost of replacement" due to the forced closure of all commercial operations, there will be no ceiling whatsoever on that front.
