My EDC for the past 10 or so years is a min-barrage w/ orange scales and S30V blade. When I dress up for fancy dates, I carry a min-barrage with tan scales.

The S30V, sharpened to 22.5 degrees on a Gatco type sharpener has a near surgical sharpness and still holds it's edge very well. Very toothy that really slices well in whatever you're cutting.
