Those buldged cases can be saved with the lee buldge buster.
I'd not feed 10.5 under a 200 after a pass through the buster....but in a supported chamber, you'd be hard pressed to see where the budget was.
After removing that bulge, run them through a sonic case cleaner. Look down inside. You won't be loading full house loads in that brass after that I hope.
