I never watch stuff like this, but if Harry and Megan have got plenty enough money of their own why not get out and come to the USA? He's like 98th place to the throne or whatever, and it would nice to get out of there and come to the ol' rebellious colonies where there's still a little bit of freedom left.
They already did, for just those reasons. This is all about “pay attention to us, pretend we’re still relevant and send us money because we lost our free ride.”
