I made my Nail with Johnnie black, partly for budget reasons but mostly so you wouldn’t yell at me for wasting Lagavulin 8. But it’s not peaty enough. Lagavulin 8 makes a killer Nail indeed. I should have done half and half. I think Johnnie has been skimping on Talisker and Caol Ila in his Black offering lately
